This website (Site) and the courses, coaching, reports, and related services offered through it (Services) are operated by Nurture House (NSW) Pty Ltd (ABN: 80 102 536 372), trading as Amali de Vos (“we”, “our” or “us”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (Terms) and our Privacy Policy below. Please read them carefully and cease using our Site and Services immediately if you do not agree.
Nature of Our Services
Our Services include coaching, courses, personalised reports (some AI-assisted, see below), quizzes and assessments, and live one-on-one sessions. Our Services are coaching and strategic/mindset support — they are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for any of these. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a crisis service in your area.
We do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, income, or business performance from using our Services. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and many factors outside our control.
AI-Assisted Content
Some of our Services — specifically the Crossroads to Clarity Report — are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, using information you provide (including your Business Burnout Scorecard results, Soul Alignment Chart, Wealth Dynamics Profile, and Personal Clarity Form responses) alongside our own methodology. Every AI-generated Report is personally reviewed by Amali de Vos before delivery. AI-generated content is provided for guidance and self-reflection purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice of any kind.
Third-Party Services
Some of our Services are delivered in part through third-party platforms and providers — including Wealth Dynamics (a third-party profiling framework) and PayPal (payment processing). Your use of these third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party platforms.
Enrolment & Access
By purchasing a course, report, or session, you agree to pay the full stated fee. Access periods for digital courses are as specified on the relevant product page. Our courses and programs are not accredited or certified training and do not carry a recognised qualification.
Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to feel genuinely supported by our Services. Refunds are considered as follows, unless a specific product page states otherwise:
- Digital courses (e.g. Run Your Business Your Way, Joyful Living Guide): a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 10% of the course content has been accessed. No refunds are available after 7 days or once more than 10% of the course has been accessed.
- Business Burnout Scorecard: free — not applicable.
- Soul Alignment Chart, Wealth Dynamics Profile: non-refundable once your personalised results have been generated or delivered, since these involve immediate, individual processing.
- Crossroads to Clarity Report: non-refundable once the Report has been generated and delivered, as this is a personalised, one-off deliverable.
- Crossroads to Clarity Session, Next Step Session (live 1:1 sessions): cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled once, at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested with evidence of your agreement to these Terms and your access/use of the relevant Service.
Australian Consumer Law
Our Services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under that law.
Intellectual Property
All content on our Site and within our courses, reports, and Materials — including but not limited to written content, videos, frameworks (including the Joyful Living methodology and the Foundations/Centring/Expanding framework), and branding — remains the intellectual property of Nurture House (NSW) Pty Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use purchased Materials for your own development only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share our Materials with any third party.
User-Submitted Content
Where you submit information to us (for example, through the Business Burnout Scorecard, Personal Clarity Form, testimonials, or session conversations), you confirm this information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use anonymised or de-identified insights for internal purposes and, with your separate consent, may use testimonials you provide for marketing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Site or Services, including any decisions you make based on a Report, Scorecard result, or coaching conversation. You use our Site and Services, and act on any guidance provided, at your own discretion and risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this page. Please check back periodically.

This Privacy Policy explains how Nurture House (NSW) Pty Ltd (trading as Amali de Vos) collects, holds, uses, and discloses your personal information, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

- Business Burnout Scorecard responses and results
- Personal Clarity Form responses (used to generate your Crossroads to Clarity Report)
- Birth date, time, and location (where you complete a Soul Alignment Chart)

- Payment information (processed by PayPal or our course platform — we do not directly store full card details)
- Website usage data (via standard analytics/cookies)
- Any information you share directly with us in coaching sessions, email, or social media messages
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver the Services you've requested (including generating personalised reports and results), to communicate with you, to improve our Services, and, where you've consented, to send you marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
3. Sensitive Information
Some information you provide — such as birth details for the Soul Alignment Chart, or personal circumstances shared in coaching sessions — is more personal in nature. We treat this information with particular care, use it only to deliver the specific Service you've requested, and do not sell or disclose it other than as described in this Policy.

We may share your information with trusted third parties who help us deliver our Services — including our course/CRM platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor (PayPal), and Wealth Dynamics (where you purchase a Wealth Dynamics Profile). We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
