I've been where you are, many times.
Property has been part of my life for decades. I've renovated four of my own homes and completed four renovate-and-sell projects. I've managed renovations for family members so they could move in, and I'm helping my own parents with their move into retirement living right now. I know how much these moves carry, practically and emotionally.
